重视负压伤口治疗技术在烧伤外科中的应用 被引量:25

Lay emphasis on the application of negative pressure wound therapy technique in burn surgery

摘要 负压伤口治疗(negative pressure wound therapy,NPWT)技术通过将微孔泡沫材料紧密接触创面,使用生物膜密封,在负压作用下经引流管抽吸,在创面形成单向负压环境,经材料徽孔引流分泌物和渗出液。该技术借助负压徽作用力改善局部组织微循环,增加细胞生长因子分泌,加快细胞增殖与血管生成,从而促进创面愈合。近年来,NPWT技术越来越多被应用于烧伤外科临床,主要涉及普通急性烧伤创面和毁损性创面修复、皮片移植、后期瘢痕整复这几个方面,展现出良好的优越性。 In recent years, negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) technique has been widely used in burn sur- gery, including wound repair, skin grafting, and cosmetic pro- cedures, showing promising clinical resuhs. Based on the litera- ture and clinical experience, the mechanism of NPWT and its clinical application in burn surgery are brietly iterated herewith.
