非血缘脐血移植治疗恶性血液病的研究现状
摘要
异基因造血干细胞移植是有望治愈血液系统恶性疾病的唯一治疗手段,但因人类白细胞抗原（HLA）相合供体的缺乏而受到严重制约。对于HLA相合的非亲缘无关供体,不到30%的患者能够寻找到合适的供者,尤其是稀有人种因受种族背景等影响,找到合适供体的概率更低。
