摘要
长期以来，我国很多制造型企业“重产品生产、轻物流管理”，对内部物流环节的综合优化重要性认识不足，没有充分发挥物流管理在资源流通中的杠杆调节作用，导致企业内部物流存在诸如对市场需求变化反应慢、订单交付不及时、物料到达不准时、车间物料调动混乱、零部件配套性差、库存及生产成本过高、生产效率低下和物料浪费等严重问题。
