全脑血管造影致癫痫持续状态一例

摘要患者女性，80岁，2013年7月16日因突发头痛10d入院。7月6日下午，患者家务劳动时突感整个头部爆炸样疼痛，持续存在，当时意识清楚，无呕吐，无肢体麻木无力。7月16日到本院，门诊头颅CT示双侧基底核腔隙性梗死，脑萎缩（图A），以“头痛待查，蛛网膜下腔出血？”住院治疗。
