牙源性鼻面颊部病变的临床特点

Clinical features of nasal cheek odontogenic lesions

目的探讨牙源性感染导致鼻面颊部病变的临床特点。方法回顾分析35例由牙源性感染导致鼻面颊部病变的临床表现、影像学检查、手术记录及病理报告。结果鼻面颊部肿物伴或不伴囊肿形成的患者,要了解有无龋齿、牙齿发育畸形及根尖感染的病史,给予口腔全景片及鼻窦CT检查有助于临床诊断。确诊为牙源性囊肿后行手术治疗的同时根治患牙,给予根管治疗或拔除患牙。结论以鼻面颊部肿物就诊的患者,因充分考虑到牙源性因素。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of odontogenic infections cause nasal cheek lesions. Methods A retrospective analysis of 35 cases of odontogenic infection was conducted,including the clinical manifestations, imaging examination, operation records and pathology reports. Results To nose and cheek mass with or without cyst patients,we should learn that if they had the history of dental caries, tooth development malformation and periapical infection, oral panoramic radiographs and sinus CT examination is helpful to clinical diagnosis. Diagnosis of odontogenic cyst underwent operation treatment and cure the teeth, give the root canal therapy or extracted teeth. Conclusion To nasal cheek tumor patients,we should consider the odontogenic factors.
