低温等离子射频消融法与常规剥离法切除扁桃体的比较 被引量:11

摘要 扁桃体切除术是耳鼻咽喉科最常见的手术之一,包括传统挤切法、剥离法、电刀切除法、超声刀切除法、低温等离子射频消融法等多种方法,常常发生术中、术后出血和术后咽痛等。研究表明扁桃体切除术后出血率为0.98%5.50%[1]。究竟哪种方法更能减少术中、术后出血和减轻术后疼痛,使术后创面尽快恢复,常常困扰着临床医生。低温等离子技术是近年来一项新设备及新技术,已广泛应用于外科手术。
