双相真菌形态转换与致病性关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 皮炎芽生菌( Blastomyces dermatitidis)、荚膜组织胞浆菌( Histoplasma capsulatum )、粗球孢子菌( Coccidioides immitis)和巴西副球孢子菌( Paracoccidioides immitis )、马尔尼菲青霉菌( Penecillium marneffei)、申克孢子丝菌( Sporothrix schenckii)均属于双相型真菌,在温度的诱导下其菌丝相、酵母相可相互转化,致病相为酵母相,主要通过吸入途径或皮肤黏膜的破损而感染人类[1],在免疫受损和免疫正常者均可引起真菌病。其形态转换的机制目前尚不清楚,该机制受到国内、外学者的广泛关注,被认为与致病性密切相关。
