负压封闭引流技术在创面植皮修复中的应用

Using split-thickness skin graft combined with Vacuum Sealing Drainage to treat skin defect wounds

目的：探讨采用负压封闭引流（Vacuum Sealing Drainage，VSD）联合中厚皮片移植修复皮肤缺损的优点。方法：25例皮肤缺损的患者在植皮术后采用VSD引流。结果：25例均及时全程随访，时间长为3个月～2年，其中23例患者移植皮片均全部成活，2例皮片存在少许点状坏死伴渗液，延迟愈合，经换药治愈。植皮区外观满意。结论：采用VSD技术联合中厚皮片移植可以有效治疗皮肤缺损创面，效果良好。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of employing Vacuum Sealing Drainage with Split-thickness Skin Graft in the treatment of skin defect wounds. Methods With the investigation of 25 patients treated with skin defect wounds through the VSD after skin grafting. Results All patients were followed up during the course of treatment for 3 months to 2 years. 23 skin grafts were survived and 2 of them were of little spotty necrosis with oozing and delayed in healing and disunion.After change dressing,all drafts were healed with satisfactory skin graft area. Conclusion Employing the VSD with split-thickness skin graft is effective for the treatment of skin defect wounds with good results.
