体外培育牛黄联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗Ⅲ级寻常性痤疮疗效观察

The clinical observation of in vitro Cultivated Calculus Bovis combined with fusidic acid cream in the treatment of acne vulgaris with grade Ⅲ

目的:观察体外培育牛黄联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法:采用开放、随机、平行对照方法,按照中国痤疮治疗指南痤疮严重程度标准入选中度(Ⅲ级)寻常性痤疮患者70例,随机分为两组。治疗组:35例,外用夫西地酸乳膏,每日2次,同时口服体外培育牛黄0.15g,每日1次;对照组:35例,外用夫西地酸乳膏,每日2次,共用药3周。在基线、治疗1、2、3周时分别记录患者白头粉刺、黑头粉刺、炎性丘疹、脓疱数目,进行疗效评定,同时记录皮肤其他不良反应。结果:在治疗1周时,治疗组总有效率为51.43%,对照组为42.86%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但在治疗2周及3周时,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应类似,均表现为局部刺激,腹泻,可耐受。治疗结束3周后,复发率治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:体外培育牛黄联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗寻常性痤疮总有效率优于单用夫西地酸乳膏,体外培育牛黄联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗寻常性痤疮疗效显著、安全,且复发率低,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of in vitro Cultivated Calculus Bovis combined with fusidic acid cream in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Methods A open, randomized, parallel, controlled clinical study was conducted.70 cases with acne vulgaris （Grade III） were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into 2 groups.35 cases in treatment group were treated by 2%fusidic acid cream combined with in vitro Cultivated Calculus Bovis; 35cases in control group were treated with 2%fusidic acid cream.All the patients received therapy for 3 weeks continuously and the efficacy had been evaluated at the baseline, 1 and 2 weeks of treatment for the count of comedones （both open and closed）, inflammatory papules and pustules and adverse effects. Results The total response rate was 51.43%in the treatment group and 42.86%in the control group on week1 （P〉0.05）, however, The total response rate of the treatment group were better than of the control group on 2 and 3 week（P〈0.05）.Adverse reactions were similar in both groups and manifested as tolerable local irritation, diarrhea. Conclusion In vitro Cultivated CalcUlus Bovis combined with fusidic acid cream was effective and safe in the treatment of mild to moderate （Grade III） acne vulgaris.
