摘要
超超临界机组主蒸汽和高温再热管道广泛采用P92钢材,为扭转长期以来依赖进口的局面,针对国产P92三通,进行了化学成分、表面质量、几何尺寸、硬度、室温拉伸、高温拉伸、室温冲击、金相检验和应力测试等检测试验。结果表明,该国产P92三通性能符合ASTM A335/A335M、GB5310的设计要求,可用于1000MW超超临界机组。
In our ultra-supercritical unit,most of the main steam and hot reheat piping use P92 steel.In order to reverse the long-standing situation of dependence on imports,the performance of domestic P92 tee was studied.The tests of chemical composition,surface quality,geometry,hardness,room temperature tensile,high temperature tensile,room temperature impact,microstructure and stress testing were carried out.The results show that the performance of domestic P92 tee meet ASTM A335/A335 M and GB5310 requirements,which can be used for 1000 MW ultra-supercritical units.
