Hot Deformation Behavior and Constitutive Equation for Powder Compaction Product of Aluminum-tungsten Alloy

摘要 采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,在变形温度420~570℃、应变速率0.001~1s-1、最大变形程度60%的条件下,对Al-W合金粉末压制体进行热压缩试验。分析变形温度和应变速率对Al-W合金高温塑性变形应力的影响,计算出变形激活能为451.21k J/mol,并建立了Al-W合金本构方程。 The hot compression test of powder compaction product of aluminum-tungsten alloy were performed with Gleeble-1500 thermal modeling tester under strain rate of 0.001-1s-1and deformation temperature of 420 ℃-570 ℃,and the deformation degree does not exceed 60%.The effects of deformation temperature and strain rate on the flow stress of aluminum-tungsten power alloy were analyzed.The activation energy during hot deformation is 451.21 k J/mol by calculation.And the constitutive equation of aluminum-tungsten alloy was established.
