摘要
在Q235钢表面进行氩弧熔覆,并添加活性剂SiO2进行活性氩弧熔覆的研究。采用活性氩弧熔覆技术工艺,制备出添加8%B4C的熔覆层。采用光学显微镜观察了熔覆层的显微组织,测定了熔覆层的相组成,分析了硬质相的物质组成和熔覆层的硬度,测试了熔覆层的耐磨性。结果表明,添加活性剂后的熔覆层组织结构发生了改变,其耐磨性与未添加活性剂的相比提高了近1倍。
The layer was prepared by active argon arc cladding process using the addition of Si O2 and 8% B4 C.The microstructure of the cladding layer was observed,the phase composition of the layer was measured,the substance of the hard phase composition was analyzed,the hardness of the cladding layer and abrasive wear were tested.The results show that,after adding the active agent,the microstructure of the cladding layer is changed,its wear resistance increases one time compared with the active agent.
