摘要
从45钢在高压氮气中淬火的实验出发,利用ANSYS有限元软件对工件雾化气体淬火过程进行数值模拟,建立二维瞬态模型,模拟了工件的温度场和应力场的分布。模拟结果和实验进行对比,温度场的数值模拟计算和实验结果较吻合。
The quenching experiment of 45 steel was made in high-pressure nitrogen gas,the numerical simulation in the process of atomizing gas quenching was carried out,and 2D transient model was built to simulate the distribution of temperature field and stress field in workpiece.Comparing simulated results with experiment,it shows that the numerical simulation of temperature field meets with experimental results.
