摘要
目前对淬火介质冷却性能检测主要以冷却曲线法为主,该方法使用的探头材质为Ni-Cr合金。由于Ni-Cr合金在冷却过程中不发生相变以及导热系数与常用钢材料存在差异,不能完全反映真实工件内部冷却过程。因此选用D6AC、45、40Cr等材料来研究热处理常用淬火介质的冷却特性。研究结果表明:常用钢探头在淬火介质中获得的冷却曲线与标准探头测定的冷却曲线最大冷温及冷速存在着一定的差别,选用合适的淬火介质不应只追求最大冷速,最大冷温同样很重要。
The cooling performance of quenchant was measured by the method of cooling curves.And the material of probes was Ni-Cr alloy.However because of the differences of phase transformation and coefficient of heat conductivity from typical materials,the true cooling process can’t be reflected.So the probes of typical materials such as D6 AC,45,40 Cr were used to study the cooling characters of quenchant.The results show that the cooling curves of typical materials are different from Ni-Cr alloy at the maximum cooling rate and the maximum cooling temperature.And the maximum cooling temperature is as important as the maximum cooling rate.
