摘要
探讨了执处理后振动时效去除膨胀波纹管残余应力技术要求和工艺参数选择。采用振动时效参数曲线观测和盲孔法残余应力测量对振动过程及振动时效效果进行了评定。结果表明:振动时效可明显降低热处理后膨胀波纹管残余应力,并且提高了膨胀波纹管尺寸精度。
The technical requirements and technological parameters as regards the application of vibratory stress relief method to relieve residual stress of the expandable corrugated liner after heat treatment were recommended.The experiment results show that VSR process is effective to relieve the residual stress of the expandable corrugated pipe and the size precision of the expandable corrugated pipe is improved.
