摘要
给出了通过控制真空热处理参数对压铸模进行热处理的方法;利用真空计、温度传感器检测真空炉内参数,按照工艺要求与实测数值对比;通过PLC控制真空度和炉内温度,极大提高热处理的自动化程度,使淬火、回火处理后的压铸模硬度、韧性和使用寿命都有所提高。
Heat treatment of die casting method about the vacuum heat treatment parameters was given.The vacuum furnace parameters were measured using vacuum gauges and temperature sensors.Accoring to compare the process requirements and measured value by the PLC control vacuum degree and furnace temperature,the automation of heat treatment is greatly increased,and the hardness,toughness and life of casting mold are improved after quenching and tempering.
