摘要
利用冷坩埚法生长了掺杂不同种类及含量着色离子的仿祖母绿立方氧化锆晶体(Zr O2),研究了它们的透射光谱特性,并分析了它们与国外仿祖母绿立方Zr O2晶体、天然祖母绿以及合成祖母绿在光谱特性上的差异。研究结果表明,仿祖母绿立方Zr O2晶体所形成的主要特征吸收峰源于Pr3+、Co3+和Cr3+等着色离子的特定能级跃迁。通过改变掺入着色离子的种类及含量可以调控特征吸收峰的宽度和强度,使仿祖母绿立方Zr O2的颜色与天然祖母绿接近。
Emerald-like cubic zirconia crystals( Zr O2) doped with different kinds and concentrations of coloring ions were grown by skull crucible method. The transmission spectral characteristics of them were studied,while the spectral distinguishes of them compared with the imported emerald-like cubic Zr O2 crystal,natural and synthetic emeralds were also investigated. The results show that the main absorption peaks originate from the certain energy transitions of Pr3 +,Co3 +and Cr3 +coloring ions. The width and intensity of the characteristic absorption peaks can be adjusted through changing the kinds and concentrations of the doped coloring ions,which makes the color of emerald-like cubic Zr O2 crystals be close to the natural emerald.
