2μm波段超快激光晶体的研究进展

摘要 本文综述了Tm、Ho离子掺杂的双钨酸盐类晶体、YAP晶体、Lu2O3晶体、CLNGG晶体的光谱参数和最新研究进展,以及利用它们作为基质的超快激光器的工作性能,总结了各类激光晶体的晶体性质和优点,并指出具有寻找适合LD泵浦的宽吸收和发射光谱特性的无序结构晶体材料将成为未来的研究方向。 The spectral parameters,the latest research progress in Tm,Ho doped double tungstate,YAP,Lu2O3,CLNGG crystals and the ultrafast laser performance using them as gain media were reviewed. The properties and the advantages of these crystals were summarized and it is pointed out that the main research direction in the future should be searching for disordered structure crystals with broad absorption and emission band which are suitable for LD pumping.
