成鞋外底形状及应力对帮底剥离强度的影响

Influence on Peeling Strength about the Outsole Shape and Stress

通过分析成鞋外底的形状及应力对帮底剥离强度的影响得出,外底的形状及应力均会导致剥离强度测试值偏离真实值,偏离越大,剥离强度的测试值越大。其中,针对A、B、C、D、E、F类形状的外底,A类、F类无法测试,B类、C类情况相似,剥离强度偏离最小,D类剥离强度偏离居中,E类剥离强度偏离最大;应力越大,剥离强度偏离也就越大。

The influence of the outsole shape and stress on the peeling strength was analyzed, which led to the test value of peeling strength deviating from the true value, as the deviation bigger, so the test value of peeling strength greater. The results shows that, for type A, B, C, D, E and F of different shape outsoles, type A and type F can＇t be tested; type B and type C are similar, the deviation is the minimum; type D is of medium deviation; type E is of the largest deviation. For stress of outsole, the greater the stress, the greater the deviation of peeling strength.
