党的十八大提出了生态文明建设的目标和要求。息烽县以生态文明新理念为引领,迅速成立了息烽县生态文明建设局,深入推进生态文明建设。本文通过对近年来息烽县生态文明建设基本现状、取得成效、存在的问题及对策建议方面进行思考和探索,为加快推进欠发达地区生态文明建设和尽快实现全面建成小康社会的步伐提供借鉴。
