摘要
2013年,青岛卷烟厂工作报告提出“要全面抓好生产、设备、供应、仓储等各项管理,精心组织,合理调度”,通过提高台班产量,减少职工劳动天数,保证职工休息。目前青岛卷烟厂卷包车间现有PASSIM-GDX1卷包机组9台套,主要担负泰山(宏图)品牌的生产,与市场需求有较大差距。通过实施项目,优化工作流程,进行设备改进,进一步提高PASSIM—GDX1机组台班产量,满足市场需求,减少职工劳动天数,为企业节约生产资金。
