摘要
对广州地铁1、2、8号线增购列车在调试工作中发现的辅助系统充电机绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)爆裂故障原因进行了分析,对充电机控制逻辑及工作原理进行了深入研究。指出了故障原因是充电器控制逻辑有缺陷,并提出了相应的整改措施。
The burst failure of the charging generator IGBT in auxiliary system of metro trains newly purchased for Guangzhou metro Line 1, Line 2 and Line 8 is analyzed, the control logic and working principle of charging generator is studied in depth,defects that caused the failure in charging generator control logic are pointed out, corresponding improvement measures are proposed.
