摘要
北京绿地中心4号商务办公楼工程建筑高260 m,是超高层工程。结构形式为型钢外框内筒结构体系,装修功能多样、外檐独特,该工程施工工艺复杂、垂直运输超高降效问题突出。根据超高层的施工特点及难点,工程采用了高性能高流态混凝土、桁架转换层超重构件吊装、钢板—混凝土组合剪力墙裂缝控制、异型幕墙板块吊装、消防安全控制、BIM技术、远程质量验收系统等创新技术,取得了多项科研成果,其中钢板—混凝土组合剪力墙裂缝控制关键技术成果填补了国内空白,达到了国际先进水平。
