摘要 北京绿地中心4号商务办公楼工程建筑高度达260 m,单体建筑面积超过12万m2。由于机电系统及精装修工艺复杂,专业管线布置困难,工程中提前进行高标准质量策划,利用BIM技术进行机电管线综合、精装修和电梯井道隔墙等深化。实行样板层引路施工,对超高层工程实现高标准质量目标起到了很好的引领及示范作用。通过良好的施工管理制度,保证了装修施工的顺利进行。 Beijing Greenland center No. 4 commercial office building construction height reaches 260m, Building area of more than 120000m2. The engineering mechanical and electrical systems and refined decoration craft complex, professional pipeline arrangement is difficult. Therefore, we advance a high standard of quality planning, electromechanical pipeline comprehensive, refined decoration, elevator hoist way wall of deepening the reform of the use of BIM technology. To implement the model layer to lead and guide the construction, is a very good role model for super tall building to achieve high standards of quality objectives. Through good management system, ensure the renovation of smoothly.
