摘要
北京绿地中心超高层工程为型钢劲性混凝土结构体系,施工工艺复杂。装修施工开始后,各专业交叉作业多,质量验收部位多,质量人员垂直运输困难、难以到达验收点的问题。为保证超高层施工质量,项目部研发并应用了远程质量验收系统,在施工过程中通过现场照明,合理布改信号源,设置标识等措施,解决了复杂节点的质量验收及信号传输问题,确保了超高层各专业的施工质量验收。
