摘要
北京绿地中心4号商务办公楼工程高度达260m,在42,43层设有桁架转换层。节点形式复杂,存在在施层高度高、超重构件多和Q420厚板焊接等多项施工难点。通过采取构件分解、构件水平滑移、角柱生根、伸臂和环形桁架施工控制、测量控制以及焊接工艺,成功克服了各项难题,经检验,符合结构质量要求。
The No.4 business building of Beijing Greenland Center is 260m high and has truss transfer stories on 42F and 43F. The construction encountered various difficulties, such as complex node forms, high elevation of construction storey, a large number of super-heavy components and difficult welding of thick Q420 steel sheet, etc. These difficulties were successfully overcome by using various measures, e.g. disassembly of component, horizontal sliding of component, corner column, construction control of outrigger truss and ring truss, measurement control and welding process, etc. The structural quality satisfied the requirements after inspection.
