摘要
南极中山站地处南极圈内,该地区年平均温度在零下20℃左右。其外部围护结构中间为300mm钢结构构造,外层为100mm厚聚氯酯夹芯彩钢板,内层为100mm厚岩棉保温板。为解决局部节点的缺陷和材料自身收缩等问题。对围护结构、屋面保温结构、门窗节点、地面与墙面节点等进行了控制。达到了供暖2~3h,即可保持室温18℃的效果。
Chinese Antarctic Zhongshan Station is located in the Antarctic Circle, where the average annual temperaaxre is about -20 ℃. The station building adopts 300mm-thick steel enclosure structure, whose external skin is made of 100ram-thick polyurethane sandwich color plate and internal skin is made of 100mm-thick rock wool heat insulation plate. Enclosure structure, roof heat insulation structure, door and window nodes and nodes on floor and wall are controlled to solve such problems as defects in local nodes and shrinkage of material. The room temperature could successfully reach 18℃ after heat supply for 2~3 h.
