基层民主建设对农村青年的影响探究——基于村民自治的视角

Exploring the Influence of Grassroots Democracy Construction in Rural Youth—— Based on the Perspective of Villagers' Autonomy

村民自治是我国农村民主政治建设的重要制度创新,在30多年的发展过程中先后经历了萌芽起步、完善提升、推广普及、深化发展等不同阶段。村民自治的实施,对农村青年的成长产生了巨大影响,使他们的法制、民主、责任和主体意识等逐步增强,但村民自治过程中的失范现象也给农村青年带来了一定的困扰。推动青年更好地融入农村民主政治建设中,必须大力发展农村经济、促进城乡协调发展,推进社会主义新农村建设、提高农村青年的政治参与热情,推进教育公平、加强农村青年文化建设。

Villagers＇ autonomy is an important system innovation of rural democratic political construction in China, which has experienced the different stages of starting, improving, popularizing and deepening development. The implementation of the villagers＂ autonomy had great influence on the growth of the rural youth Which make their rule of law, democracy, responsibility and subject consciousness gradually enhanced, but the anomie phenomenon in the process of villagers＇ autonomy also has brought the rural youth with certain problems.To promote youth better in rural democratic political construction must develop the rural economy, promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, promote the socialist new rural construction, improve the rural youth＇s political participation, promote education fairness, strengthen the cultural construction of rural youth.
