摘要
对完达山瓦尼木层孔菌分离菌株的菌丝体、野生子实体和代用料栽培子实体的主要营养成分、矿物质及主要药用成分进行检测分析与比较。结果表明,瓦尼木层孔菌菌丝体、代用料栽培子实体及野生子实体各成分含量存在差异,营养成分及主要药用成分差异显著。
The paper analyzed and compared the main nutritional and medicinal components,as well as mineral substance on the mycelium and fruit-body of Phellinus vaninii Ljup WN-3of wondersun strain.Results showed that mycelium and fruiting body cultivated and wild fruit body material of each component content was different,the main nutritional and medicinal components was significant difference.
