The concept of sustainable development is a scientific development concept,which focuses on economic development,and also pays attention to the ecological environment and sustainable use of resources.In the process of China＇s social development,forestry construction plays an important role in the ecological environment and economic development and has a tremendous contribution.Gannan is less mountainous agricultural city,protection and rational exploitation of forest resources of Gannan not only benefits future generations,but also promotes economic and social development of Gannan.This article is based on the current situation of Gannan local forestry and elaborates the sustainable forestry development countermeasures.
