“变通发展战略”理念下的农村发展策略——以泰国雷东发展计划为例

Alternative Development Strategy and Rural Development:A Case Study of Doi Tung Development Project,Thailand

"变通发展战略"(ADS)是20世纪90年代逐渐发展起来的一种发展理念,已在很多发展中国家得到了广泛应用。本文首先分析了变通发展战略的内涵和意义,然后以泰国雷东发展计划为例,对泰国如何利用"变通发展战略"理念来促进落后农村地区的发展和扶贫进行了深入分析,最后总结了该理念对我国农村发展和建设的经验启示。

Alternative Development Strategy （ADS} is a development idea developing gradually since 1990s and has been applied widely in many developing countries. First, this paper explains the implication and significance of ADS. Second, it takes Doi Tung Development Project as an example, it analyzes how Thailand develops the depressed rural area and reduces the poverty using ADS idea. Finally, it concluds the experiences and implications to China＇ s rural development.
