血清CA125水平与冠心病冠脉狭窄程度的相关性

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者冠状动脉造影病变程度与血清糖类抗原125(CA125)水平的关系。方法选取本院心内科收治的临床可疑冠心病患者210例,同时进行冠状动脉造影检查及血清CA125的测定,并进行比较分析。结果冠心病组血清CA125水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);冠状动脉病变支数各组(由单支到多支)CA125水平呈递增趋势,各组差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);不同Gensini评分组血清CA125水平均较对照组明显增高(P<0.05),且随Gensini评分的增加,血清CA125增高明显,各组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);相关分析表明,血清CA125水平与Gensini积分呈正相关(r=0.26,P<0.05)。结论 CA125水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度有相关性,随着冠状动脉病变程度加重,CA125水平显著增高。 Object ive To investigate the relationshiPbetween the intensity of coronary artery lesions and the level of serum CA125.Methods A total of 210 suspective patients were performed coro-nary artery angiography.The levels of serum CA125 and the intensity of coronary artery disorder were recorded.Results Level of serum CA125 in CHD grouPwas markedly higher than that in normal group (P〈0.05); levels of serum CA125 gradually increased from single vessel lesion group,double vessel lesions grouPto multi vessel lesions grouPin order (P〈0.05);levels of serum CA125 demonstrated an increase from low Gensini tertile to high tertile (P〈0.05);levels of serum CA125 were independently associated with the extent of coronary arterial lesion Gensini scores (P〈0.05). Conclusions Serum CA125 increase along with aggravation in the severity of coronary lesion.
