摘要
为判断干冰清洗装置在带电作业清洗绝缘子污秽时是否会发生放电问题,建立了绝缘子和清洗装置的三维静电场有限元模型并进行了模型验证。通过仿真绝缘子与干冰清洗装置在不同距离下的电位与场强分布,得知干冰清洗轨道和清洗喷头采用不同的材料,对清洗距离有相应的要求,并以此为依据选择干冰清洗装置中干冰清洗轨道和清洗喷头的材料。有限元仿真分析有效地指导了干冰清洗装置的绝缘设计。
In order to judge the discharge of dry ice cleaning device during the cleaning operations for insulator contamination in live working, 3D electrostatic model is established and model verification is carried out, insulator and the cleaning device are considered. The voltage and electrical field strength distribution of the whole transformer substation are simulated in different distance. It can be found that the material choice of cleaning track and cleaning nozzle need corresponding requirements of cleaning distance,what is the basis of choosing material of dry ice cleaning device. Also, improvements to reduce surface field strength are proposed. Finite element method is an effective guide for insulation design of dry ice cleaning device.
