射干麻黄汤合参蛤散治疗哮喘70例

70 Cases with Asthma Treated by Belamcanda and Ephedra Decoction Combined with Ginseng and Clam Powder

目的:观察射干麻黄汤联合参蛤散治疗哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年10月——2013年10月确诊为哮喘的患者140例,随机分为对照组与观察组各70例。对照组采用氨茶碱联合孟鲁司特治疗,观察组采用射干麻黄汤联合参蛤散治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后肺功能变化。结果:对照组有效率为58.8%,复发率为34.3%,观察组有效率为82.9%,复发率为15.7%,两组有效率、复发率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的FVC%、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC分别为(88.12±3.94)%、(78.56±3.22)%、(70.56±2.63),明显高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论:射干麻黄汤联合参蛤散治疗哮喘疗效显著,改善患者肺功能。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Belamcanda and Ephedra Decoction combined with Ginseng and Clam Powder on asthma.Methods： 140 cases with asthma received by this hospital from October of 2012 to October of 2013 were randomized into control group and observation group,with 70 cases in each group.Control group were given aminophylline combined with montelukast while observation group were given Belamcanda and Ephedra Decoction combined with Ginseng and Clam Powder.The clinical effect and the lung function before and after the treatment were compared.Results： In control group,the effective rate was 58.8% and the recurrent rate was 34.3% while in observation group,the effective rate was 82.9% and the recurrent rate was 15.7%.The difference of the effective rate and recurrent rate between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the FVC%,FEV1%,and FEV1% / FVC% were respectively（88.12±3.94） %,（78.56±3.22） % and（70.56 ±2.63） %,which were obviously higher than thoes in control group after the treatment.Conclusion： Belamcanda and Ephedra Decoction combined with Ginseng and Clam Powder can significantly enhancethe clinical effect on asthma and the improve the lung function.
