摘要
目的:临床观察大承气汤加味治疗急性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:对85例急性肠梗阻患者应用大承气汤加味治疗。结果:85例患者,保守治疗成功67例,占79.0%;最终手术治疗18例,占21.0%。结论:应用大承气汤加味治疗急性肠梗阻可以有效地缩短本病的病理过程,降低肠绞窄的发生率。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Large Chengqi Decoction on acute intestinal obstruction.Methods：85 patients with acute intestinal obstruction were treated with Modified Large Chengqi Decoction for oral administration.Results：Among the 85 cases,67（79.0%） successfully recovered by using conservative treatment; 18（21.0%） finally adopted operation.Conclusion： Application of Modified Large Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of acute intestinal obstruction can effectively shorten the pathological process and reduce the incidence of intestinal strangulation.
