Zhang Yongjie's Experience of the Application of Gallbladder-Warming Decoction

温胆汤的应用指征有形体肥胖,属痰湿体质;平素胃纳佳,表面脾胃运化功能正常,甚至有"脾运亢进"的特点,但常感困倦乏力;舌体肥大,舌边有齿痕,平素苔白腻,脉弦滑或濡。有此三点,无论患者有何临床表现,均可以温胆汤随症加减。

The application indications of Gallbladder-Warming Decoction include： fat body pertains to phlegm-damp constitution;good appetite in daily life,presenting normal transportation and transformation of the spleen and stomach,even hyperactive transportation of the spleen,but frequent sleepiness and fatigue; fat tongue body with teeth marks on the margins,white and greasy tongue coating,taut slippery or soft pulse in normal times.For the patients with any of the above three indications,modified Gallbladder-Warming Decoction can be used regardless of any clinical manifestations.
