枳实厚朴水煎液对小鼠胃排空的影响

The Influence of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis Decoction on Gastric Emptying Function of Rats

目的:研究单用枳实、厚朴以及二者配伍比例为1∶1时对正常小鼠胃排空作用的影响。方法:取小鼠80只,随机分成4组:空白对照组、单用枳实组、单用厚朴组、枳实厚朴1∶1组,各组均按0.02mL·g-1体积灌胃给药,空白对照组给予等体积的生理盐水,40min后各组均灌胃给予营养性半固体糊剂,每只0.6mL,20min后脱颈椎处死动物,取胃,用滤纸拭干后称全重,然后沿胃大弯剪开胃体,洗去胃内容物后拭干,称净重,计算小鼠胃残留率。结果:厚朴组、枳实组、枳实厚朴1:1组的水煎液均可显著降低小鼠的胃残留率,即厚朴组的胃残留率<枳实组的胃残留率<枳实厚朴1:1组胃残留率。其中,枳实厚朴1:1组效果最为明显,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:枳实、厚朴配伍,可以增强其促进肠胃蠕动的效果,提高胃肠动力,促进胃排空。

Objective： To study the influence of single use of Zhishi（Fructus Aurantii Immaturus） or Houpo（Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis）,and their compatibility ratio 1： 1,on gastric emptying function of normal rats.Methods： 80 rats were randomly divided into the following 4 groups： the blank control group,the single Zhishi group,the single Houpo group,and the Zhishi-Houpo with the ratio of 1： 1 group.Each group was treated with administration by gavage according to 0.2ml /10g.The blank control group was given the same volume of saline.40 minutes later,each group was treated with administration by gavage with nutritional half solid paste,0.6ml a rat.20minutes rats were killed by getting rid of cervical vertebrae; Their stomachs were taken; They were fully weighed after having been washed dry by filter paper.Then along the stomach,stomach body was opened by big bent scissors; stomach content was washed away and rats were dried and their net weight was obtained; Then rats＇ stomach residues rates were calculated.Results： Houpo Decoction,Zhishi Decoction,and Houpo-Zhishi 1： 1 Decoction could greatly reduced rats＇ stomach residues rates,but Houpo Decoction＇s〈Zhishi Decoction＇s〈Houpo-Zhishi 1： 1 Decoction＇s.Houpo-Zhishi 1： 1 Decoction group had the best effect.The differences between the three groups had statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The compatibility of Zhishi and Houpo can increase rats＇ gastrointestinal peristalsis and motility,and promote their stomach emptying function.
