氯沙坦联合丹参治疗高血压合并左心室肥厚44例

44 Cases of Hypertension and LVH Treated with Losartan Combined with Salvia

目的:观察氯沙坦联合丹参治疗高血压合并左心室肥厚患者的临床疗效。方法:选择高血压合并左心室肥厚患者88例,采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予氯沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合丹参治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组显效27例,有效15例,无效2例,有效率为95.45%;对照组显效16例,有效18例,无效10例,有效率为77.27%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后心脏指数(3.98±0.62)L·m-2,射血分数(62.09±9.75)%;对照组治疗后心脏指数(3.64±0.30)L·m-2,射血分数(57.33±6.89)%;组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后室间隔厚度(12.89±2.41)mm,左室后壁厚度(13.59±3.32)mm;对照组治疗后室间隔厚度(12.62±2.37)mm,左室后壁厚度(13.57±3.33)mm,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后左心室重量指数(151.21±11.54)g·m-2;对照组治疗后左心室重量指数(160.12±21.57)g·m-2;组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用氯沙坦联合丹参治疗高血压合并左心室肥大疗效可靠,能够有效改善患者心脏功能,逆转左心室肥厚。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of losartan combined with salvia on hypertension accompanied with left ventricular hypertrophy（LVH）.Methods： 88 patients with hypertension accompanied with LVH were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random numbers.The patients in the control group were given losartan,while the ones in the observation group were treated with losartan combined with salvia.Then the clinical effects were observed.Results： In the observation group,27 cases were very effective; 15 were effective; 2 were ineffective; And the effective rate was 95.45%.In the control group,16 cases were very effective; 18 were effective; 10 were ineffective; And the effective rate was 77.27%.The difference between them had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the heart index of the observation group was（3.98±0.62） L·m^-2; and its ejection fraction was（62.09±9.75） %.While the heart index of the control group was（3.64 ±0.30） L·m^-2; and its ejection fraction was（57.33±6.89） %.The difference between the two groups had statistical meaning（P 0.05）.After the treatment,the interventricular septum thickness of the observation group was（12.89±2.41） mm; and its leftinterventricular posterior wall thickness was（13.59±3.32） mm.The interventricular septum thickness of the control group was（12.62±2.37） mm; and its leftinterventricular posterior wall thickness was（13.57±3.33） mm.The difference between the two groups had statistical meaning（P 〉0.05）.After the treatment,the left ventricular mass index of the observation group was（151.21±11.54） g·m^-2,while that of the control group was（160.12±21.57） g·m^-2; The difference between the two groups had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Losartan combined with salvia has safe curative effect on hypertension accompanied with LVH,can greatly improve patients＇ heart function and reverse left ventricular hypertrophy.
