平衡针刺法治疗脑卒中后患肢疼痛40例

40 Cases with Limb Pain After Stroke Treated by Balance Acupuncture

目的:观察平衡针刺法治疗脑卒中后患肢疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取脑卒中后患肢疼痛患者80例,按照随机平行分组法分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规康复治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用平衡针刺法治疗。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组BI评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组镇痛药物使用次数及使用天数均明显少于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:平衡针刺法治疗脑卒中后患肢疼痛可显著减轻疼痛程度、改善生活能力水平、减少镇痛药物使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of balance acupuncture on limb pain after stroke.Methods： 80 cases with limb pain after stroke were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group were given routine rehabilitation therapy while treatment group were additionally given balance acupuncture therapy.Results： After 4-week treatment,the VAS score in treatment group was obviously lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）; the BI score in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The usage count and usage days were significantly less than these in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The balance acupuncture therapy adopted for the limb pain after stroke can greatly reduce the degree of pain,improve the living ability and reduce the usage times of analgesics.
