督灸加温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎33例

33 Cases of Gonarthritis Treated with Governing Vessel Moxibustion Combined with Warming Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的:观察督灸加温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取膝骨关节炎患者65例,随机分为观察组33例和对照组32例。对照组给予温针灸治疗,观察组给予督灸加温针灸治疗。结果:观察组有效率100.0%,对照组有效率78.1%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01);3个月后随访,观察组复发率9.9%,对照组复发率32.0%,观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:督灸加温针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著,能很好地疏通膝关节经络,加强筋脉沟通,达到调和气血、濡养筋骨,培补肝肾,实现标本兼治的目的。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of governing vessel moxibustion combined with warming acupuncture and moxibustion on gonarthritis.Methods： 65 patients with gonarthritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 33 and 32 cases in each group respectively.The patients in the control group were treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion,while the ones in the observation group were given governing vessel moxibustion combined with warming acupuncture and moxibustion.Results： The effective rate of the observation group（100.0%） was better than that（78.1%） of the control group（P〈0.01）.According to the follow-up done 3 months later,the recurrence rate of the observation group（9.9%） was lower than that（32.0%） of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Governing vessel moxibustion combined with warming acupuncture and moxibustion has good curative effect on gonarthritis,which can greatly dredge knee joints meridians,strengthen muscular connection,regulate qi and blood,nourish tendons,tonify kidney and liver in order to achieve simultaneous treatment of principal and subordinate symptoms.
