冬凌草煎剂联合超声雾化吸入治疗慢性咽喉炎68例

30 Cases of Chronic Laryngopharyngitis Treated with Decoction of Rabdosia Rubescens Combined with Ultrasonic Atomizing Inhalation

目的:观察冬凌草煎剂与超声雾化吸入联用治疗慢性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年8月—2014年8月本院慢性咽喉炎患者132例,随机分为两组,观察组68例和对照组64例。对照组单用超声雾化吸入进行治疗,观察组除了进行超声雾化吸入治疗外,加用冬凌草煎剂口服治疗,7d为1个疗程,2个疗程复查一次,3个月后对两组患者进行分析比较。结果:观察组68例,治愈44例,显效12例,好转8例,无效4例,有效率为94.11%,对照组64例,治愈18例,显效16例,好转10例,无效20例,有效率为69.75%。两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冬凌草煎剂与超声雾化吸入联用治疗慢性咽喉炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction of Rabdosia Rubescens combined with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation on chronic laryngopharyngitis.Methods： 132 patients with chronic laryngopharyngitis treated in the hospital from August of 2013 to August of 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group with 68 cases and the control group with 64 cases.The patients in the control group were treated only with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation,while the ones in observation group were treated with Decoction of Rabdosia Rubescens combined with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation.7 days were regarded as a course.After 2 courses,the patients were reviewed one time.3 months later they were compared and analyzed.Results： In the observation group,44 cases were cured; 12 were effective; 8 were improved; 4 were ineffective; And the effective rate was 94.11%.While in the control group,18 cases were cured; 16 were effective; 10 were improved; 20 were ineffective; And the effective rate was 69.75%.The difference between them had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Decoction of Rabdosia Rubescens combined with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation has very good curative effect on chronic laryngopharyngitis.
