增液汤联合通便灵胶囊治疗精神药物所致便秘57例

57 Cases of Constipation due to Psychosis Drugs Treated with Modified Fluid-Increasing Decoction Combined with Catharsis Capsule

目的:观察增液汤化裁而成的中药汤剂联合通便灵胶囊内服对精神病药物所致便秘的临床效效。方法:选择2012年5月—2014年6月就诊于本院的114例精神病药物所致便秘患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组患者各57例。对照组患者单纯给予通便灵胶囊内服治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合给予由增液汤化裁而成的中药汤剂内服治疗,两组均以15 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察两组患者临床症状及证候给予评分改善情况。结果:对照组有效率为75.4%,观察组有效率为91.2%,两组有效率比较,差异性显著(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的便质干结、脘腹胀满、排便费力、排便不尽感等症状较治疗前有所改善,证候积分有所下降,治疗组患者的积分下降幅度更为明显,组间比较差异性显著(P<0.05);治疗后患者的排便间隔时间和排便时长均有所缩短,以治疗组的改善程度尤为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:增液汤化裁联合通便灵胶囊内服能有效改善精神病药物所致便秘患者的临床症状,缩短排便间隔时间和排便时长,疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Fluid-Increasing Decoction（增液汤化裁,MFID） combined with Catharsis Capsule（通便灵胶囊,CC） on constipation due to psychosis drugs.Methods： 114 patients with constipation due to psychosis drugs treated in the hospital from May of 2012 to June of 2014 were chosen as the study objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 57 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were only given CC for oral administration,while the ones in the observation group were given CC combined with MFID for oral administration.Both groups regarded 15 days as a treatment course and received 2 courses continuously.Then the clinical symptoms and syndrome score improvement were observed.Results： The effective rate of the control group was 75.4%,while that of the observation group was 91.2%,and the difference between them was clear（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,in both groups,the symptoms such as stool dryness,dysporia,and sense of defecation incompleteness were improved,while the syndrome scores decreased,especially the decreased degrees of the treatment group were much more obvious.The differences between the two groups were significant（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,in both groups,patients＇ defecation interval time,and defecation time were shortened,especially the decreased degrees of the treatment group were much more obvious.And the differences between them had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： MFID combined with CC can greatly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with constipation due to psychosis drugs,shorten their defecation interval time,and defecation time,and has very good curative effect.
