盆腔炎性疾病动物实验研究进展

Experimental Research Progress of the Animals with Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases

现代学者对盆腔炎性疾病的实验研究热衷于药效学方面,多从抗炎、解热镇痛、抗粘连、免疫学、微循环、血液流变学、病理学等方面展开,现造模及治疗方法已近成熟,但中医治病方法区别于西医,重视辨证论治,因人制宜,治疗盆腔炎性疾病也不例外,在动物模型置备方面,现大抵采用单一方法,置备不同证型的模型较少。应加强对盆腔炎性疾病不同证型的模型置备研究,对盆腔炎性疾病的进一步研究会有帮助。

Most of the experimental researches on pelvic inflammatory diseases conducted by modern scholars are from the aspects of pharmacodynamics including anti-inflammation,analgesic and antipyretic action,anti-blocking,immunology,microcirculation,hemorheology,pathology,etc.The molding and treatment methods are already approaching maturity,but the TCM therapies differ from western medicine therapies,with the former valuing syndrome differentiation and treatment,treatment chosen according to individual condition.Pelvic inflammatory diseases are no exception.In the animal model preparation,the method is relatively single and the models for different syndromes are relatively limited.The research on the model preparation for pelvic inflammatory diseases of different syndromes should be strengthened,which is helpful for the further study on the pelvic inflammatory diseases.
