摘要
针灸对去势大鼠骨代谢具有良性调节作用,可改善去势大鼠骨超微结构的病理改变,提高大鼠骨力学性能及BMD,预防骨量丢失。针灸的以上作用与针灸从整体调节去势大鼠内分泌功能尤其是提高血清性激素水平以及调节骨代谢相关细胞因子网络平衡,改善骨代谢负平衡状态,降低骨转换率等密不可分。但其机制研究仍停留在较表浅的层面,还未深入到基因水平,应加强针灸对PMOP骨破坏或骨形成过程的调控机制的研究。
Acupuncture has benign regulation for the bone metabolism,can improve the pathological changes of bone ultrastructure of the castrated rats,mechanical properties of bone and BMD,and prevent the bone mass loss,.The above functions of acupuncture have close relationship with its comprehensive regulation of endocrine function especially the improvement of the serum sex hormone level,regulation of the cytokine network balance related with bone metabolism,enhancement of the negative balance state of bone metabolism,and the decrease of the bone turnover rate.However,the research on its mechanism still remains superficial and doesn't reach the level of gene.Therefore,the study on the regulation mechanism of acupuncture for the bone damage and bone formation progress of postmenopause osteoporosis(PMOP) needs strengthening.
