参附注射液治疗女性原发性低血压30例

30 Cases of Female Primary Hypotension Treated with Ginseng and Aconiti Praeparatae Injection

目的：观察参附注射液治疗女性原发性低血压的临床疗效。方法：选取原发性低血压女性患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,治疗组应用参附注射液静脉用药,对照组采用中成药生脉饮口服,疗程均为10-14 d。结果：治疗组30例,22例痊愈,6例好转,2例未愈,有效率为93.3%,对照组30例,15例痊愈,5例好转,10例未愈,有效率为66.7%。两组有效率比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。随访3个月发现对照组有效患者中有11例患者低血压症状再次出现,血压回落至治疗前水平,治疗组有6例再次出现低血压,重复参附注射液治疗有效。结论：参附注射液治疗女性原发性低血压的疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Ginseng and Aconiti Praeparatae Injection on female primary hypotension.Methods： 60 patients with female primary hypotension were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Ginseng and Aconiti Praeparatae Injection,while the ones in the control group were given Decoction for Restoring Pulse Beat for oral administration.Both groups regarded 10-14 days as a treatment course.Results： Among the 30 cases in the treatment group,22 recovered; 6 were improved; 2 were not cured; And the effective rate was 93.3%.While among the 30 cases in the control group,15 recovered; 5 were improved; 10 were not cured; And the effective rate was 66.7%.The difference in the effective rate between the two groups had significance（P〈0.05）.According to the 3-month follow-up,the hypotension symptom of 11 cases who were improved in the control group reoccurred,and blood pressure dropped to the level of before the treatment; the hypotension symptom of 6 cases who were improved in the treatment group reoccurred,and then became better after being treated with Ginseng and Aconiti Praeparatae Injection.Conclusion： Ginseng and Aconiti Praeparatae Injection has very good curative effect on female primary hypotension.
