摘要
大连市地铁工程机电设备安装的创新点在于物资管理,通过项目物资管理信息与BIM模型的整合,可导出提料单,将物资管理信息(进场、入库、出库、安装、验收)通过Excel或Access媒介转换至模型中,通过手持终端实现现场设备的查找定位,并能快速完成设备的调拨及各种信息的记录工作,提高了物资管理效率。
The innovation point in Dalian Subway Engineering Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Install Turnkey Project is materials management, through the integration of project material management information model and BIM model. BIM model can be derived material single.Material management information （entry, storage,outgoing, installation, acceptance） can be converted to the model by Excel or Access media, using the handheld terminal can find and locate the field equipment these can quickly complete the record of work allocation and all kinds of information equipment, and improve the efficiency of materials management.
