APPLICATION OF BIM TECHNIQUE IN CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES UNDER NEW NORMAL ARCHITECTURAL INDUSTRY

结合工程应用实例,将BIM技术与项目管理相结合,可进一步探索新常态下BIM技术是否是企业的必由之路,是否对企业的成长、发展、乃至核心竞争力的提升作用显著,进而摸索出项目BIM引进如何操作,需要哪些管理理念与制度的配合,需要注意哪些问题,有哪些成功之处和需要改进之处,为后续工程应用提供更多的借鉴。

This paper integrates BIM techniques into project management to further explore whether the BIM technique is the only way for enterprises under the new normal and plays significant role in improving the growth, development and core competitive power of an enterprise. In addition, several questions are discussed, such as how to introduce BIM technique, what management concepts and system are required, what aspects shall be emphasized and which points are successful and which need to be further improved, etc., providing valuable references for the application of BIM technique in future projects.
