强化教师岗位技能培训,提升高职教师实践能力——以苏州工业职业技术学院为例

On Strengthening Teachers' Job Skill Training and Promoting Their Practical Capabilities in Vocational Colleges:Taking Suzhou Institute of Industrial Technology as an Example

高职院校人才培养目标是培养服务区域发展的技术技能人才,建立一支教学能力、科研能力和实践能力强的师资队伍是关键.教师岗位技能培训是提升教师实践能力的有效途径.针对目前教师培训存在的问题进行了深入分析,结合学院与台湾嵌入式暨单晶片系统发展协会合作开展的教师培训,有效地提升了教师的实践能力.

Vocational colleges aim at cultivating technical talents to serve the local development. In order to do so,it is essential to establish a team of teachers with high teaching,researching and practicing capabilities.Teachers＇ job skill training is an effective way to promote teachers＇ practical ability. It also takes as an example the training program jointly launched by Suzhou Institute of Industrial Technology and Taiwan Association of Embedded Single Chip System to elaborate on the existing problems in such training,which promoted by a large margin the teachers＇ practical ability.
