新型城镇化视角下县域城乡统筹发展模式探究——以陕西三大地区规划为例

Study of urban and rural integrated development model in three regions of Shaanxi province under the new urbanization perspective

通过对陕西关中地区、陕北地区和陕南地区城乡统筹发展现状和存在问题的分析总结,构建了三大区域城乡统筹发展的不同发展模式,并以蒲城县、神木县、柞水县为例,从各自的县域发展背景、发展模式以及发展策略等三个方面进行了实证分析研究,以期对陕西三大地区或全国其他地区的同类型县域地区的城乡统筹发展与实践具有一定的参考意义和借鉴作用。

Through summarize and analyze the status and problems of urban-rural integrated development in the Central, Northern and Southern Shaanxi regions, it built different development patterns to the three region. In the case of Pucheng, Shenmu and Zhashui country, three aspects on background, patterns and strategies is analyzed. Through the study, it has a certain reference significance for other same type regions in Shaanxi and nationwide.
