高职金融类专业与“中国人寿保险公司”的校企合作探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of College-enterprise Cooperation of Financial Program with China Life Insurance Company

作为高职层次的金融专业如何与金融企业开展校企合作,培养高技术技能的人才一直是个难以解决的问题。总结了首批国家示范校南京工业职业技术学院金融保险、投资理财专业与中国人寿保险公司10年的校企合作经历,在实践中探索出一条校企合作的新模式,归纳了实践中遇到的问题与难点,提出如何通过校企合作提高培养高职学生技术技能的途径,以期推动校企合作更好的发展。

It remains unsolved as a problem how the finance majors of higher vocational colleges carry out the cooperation with financial enterprises to cultivate talents of high qualification and professional skills. This paper summarizes the 10 years of cooperation of the Finance and Investment Majors with China Life Insurance Company,explores a new mode of cooperation,sums up the problems and difficulties in practice,and proposes the ways of strengthening the skill training for higher vocational students through college-enterprise cooperation,in order to promote a better development of college-enterprise cooperation.
